I have a couple of questions for people with this short shifter

1. Is it a big difference from the stock shift?

2. Is it a direct fit or do you have to mod things?

3. I found it for 90 bucks can anybody find a better deal.

4. Is it easy to install?

Big difference, yes, for sure.


2. Is it a direct fit or do you have to mod things?
the one i used is not quite a direct fit, my bf had
to add 3-4 10mm washers to take up some of the
slack in the linkage.

3. I found it for 90 bucks can anybody find a better deal.
got mine for $20 off eBay.

4. Is it easy to install?
any shifter would take a little while. gotta get under the
car, take off the heat shield, the linkage, took about 2.0-2.5 hrs.
