Anyone know where the plug is for this so I can unplug it? It's a 2000 GXE. Let's just say I need to keep my miles low before returning it.

Keep in mind that the speed sensor is connected to the combination speedometer/odometer unit and the output of that is connected to the ecm and tcm. If you really need to do this, you might need to find another meter unit to swap while you're "saving" miles.

First of all, IT IS ILLEGAL, and I think it might be a FEDERAL OFFENCE.

When I was installing my white guages, I ACCIDENTALLY made my odometer and speedometer stop.

I took off the odometer, and by looking at how it works, ACCIDENTALLY changed the direction of the pins that hold the numbers.

i--i--i--i--i--i--i-- to --i--i--i--i--i--i--i--i-

This stopped my odometer from turning, but the speedometer worked like a charm

This SHOULD NOT BE USED TO STOP THE ODOMETER FROM RAKING UPMILES.

I am only posting this to help people whose odometers are not turning.

And this works for electronic (LCD) odometers?
