Alright people,

Right now I have an OBX muffler welded to stock piping. I'm curious what it should cost to get the piping done from cat back.

I'm also debating on whether or not to buy an U/D pulley first or not.

Questions are
1) Will I notice a HP difference if I replace stock piping? (key word is *notice*
2) Will I notice MORE of a difference with my new U/D pulley?

Thanks,
Bo

i'd do both, eventually. The pulley will prolly give the more noticable difference. It's right off the line where you'll notice it.

The larger piping has a noticable difference as well, but it's in high end. Pulls harder after 4000 rpms.

So, do you want the power gain early on in the rpms or later? It's up to you.

But i'd do them both eventually

if you are using the ac a lot and cant stand that sudden drop in power you get when you turn it on which I have never experinced in any other car I have ever driven before then get the U/D pully but the piping is a lot cheeper and you will get more power out of that little section the the pully once you have the whole exaust redone

How much hotter does the engine run with the pulley than stock?

Thanks,

The U/D pully is coming first. Give me 3 weeks.
