ok, for the past few months. I've been leaking power steering fluid. The leak seems to come from right underneath my p.s. reservoir. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. If so, how much was it to fix the hose coming from the bottom, because I can't seem to find info on it anywhere.

If its the hose thats leaking you probably can just got to the dealership and get a new hose.Shouldnt be that much...And the dealer has all the comp diagrams for the engine so pointing out which hose has the leak shouldnt be a problem...

I've got the same problem, but I just called Checkers and they said the pressure hose is $137!!!! What the F#$k?! The other hose is $14, but man does anyone know how much the nissan hoses are going for?

Also does anyone know if someone sells like braided or better hoses for the power steering hoses? Hey if I'm gonna get power sterring fluid all over the place it might as well be an upgrade in hosiery?

The hose coming off the bottom of the tank goes to the pump. You have to buy the preformed hose from nissan. If you try to make a straight piece of generic hose work it will pinch and restrict flow. I had to replace that hose, and the 2 going to/from the ps cooler (which you can use genaric hose for). Then as soon as I did that, it upped the pressure and the pressure hose started leaking.

Oh by the way... checkers price is really high on that hose for some reason. It was much lower at autozone if you have those in your area... and then checker will price match + 5%. I think I got mine for like 85 bux.
