Hey, I was wondering what year integra short shifters fit on altimas.

also, why are people getting shifters for integras when they make ones specifically for altimas? Are the integra ones better or just the same thing?

If anyone has one, is it hard to put in, and is the change noticable?

What he said. I got a Matrix one from www.summitracing.com
and it was $59.99 plus $7 2-day shipping. It required an extra 2mm washer on each side (I forget what the thing is called...it's the part where you connect the linkage arm to the shifter to the tranny). It feels KICKASS!

Out.

Courtesy Nissan in TX sells a namebrand short shifter for Altimas. I forgot what brand it was. Russ knows. I think it's about $80.
Anyways, sentra and maxima shifters work in altimas too.
