Try turning on the A/C, mine only comes on when i turn hte A/C on and the car is at a stop light in the summer. And mine runs cool too, hte temp gauge NEVER goes over 1/2 ways.
leave the car idling for a while and see if it comes on... when you drive, cool air passes through thus elimating the fan to cool it off.

1. Normal
2. Normal
3. Normal - Depending on type of driving. Fans should kick on during stop & go.
4. Normal - Fans kick on when A/C compressor is engaged, not heat.
