Radio display not working

I have a2013 Nissan Altima 3.5 SV I am able to plug my radio into the auxiliary connection or the USB iPod connection in play music and they have my radio but I'm not able to see anything on the radio and they cannot access the Bluetooth feature or know what station the radio is playing I'd like to fix this I tried checking the fuses which did not remedy any suggestion would be helpful
