Replace PIAA Halogen headlights with LED bulbs?

So one of my beloved PIAA Xtreme Force 4700K H11 low beam bulbs I installed in my 09 Altima in Nov 08 has gone out this past week.
Since this bulb is no longer made from PIAA, the equivalent is their Astral White 4800K H11 ($55).

But I was wondering about going LED instead. Read some sites, talking about the beam cut-off, lumens, heatsink or fan, etc. At this point, I haven't really found anyone that installed an LED H11 and H9 in a 09 Altima.
Is it worth trying, or just stick with halogen?
I was thinking about trying this one:

I replaced the burned out PIAA low beam H11 with an LED from Beamtech I got on Amazon. But after doing a look at the beam pattern, I need to lower the beam on the driver's side (I initially raised both beams with the PIAA bulbs in 09) as it's it a bit higher than the passenger side.

Question is, I can't find the old post that said where the adjustment screw (or bolt) is located...if it is accessible from the top by lifting the hood, or if I it is behind the headlamp next to there the bulb is?
If anyone knows, please let me know.

Looks like I'll have to make the adjustment from up inside the wheel-well, as the green "top down" adjustment screw is not working. After I tried this today, I remember that it had this problem 8 years ago and had to use pliers to turn the knob from behind (next to where the bulbs are inserted).

I installed LED's on the low beams and LOVE them. Direct fitment no issues.

I took some pics of my altima this morning since I finally cleaned it and it shows my LED bulb that I installed. Amazing $35 upgrade for increased visibility and looks.
Just wondering which LED bulb you went with.
Also, since your headlamp housing is pretty clear, did you replace those or do a restore (the passenger side looks clearer than the driver side).

I installed the NovSight model "P9" yesterday
https://www.amazon.com/NIGHTEYE-Automotive-Headlight-Conversion-Lights-Pack/dp/B074H6TB1L?tag=vs-auto-convert-amazon-20
It does have a small external power driver, but not big at all, and the fan on it makes less noise than the Beamtech S2 fan.
Out of the three models that I've tried (Beamtech S1, S2, and NovSight Nighteye P9), the S1/S2 are a tad more "blue" as their real kelvin rating is 6173K, while the P9 is 6060K so it's a tad less blueish. But the P9 has the best beam with farthest distance and wide left-to-right angle (the S1/S2 had less of a side angle, so turns were darker).
I still left the S1 installed in my fog lights. But where before with the S1 in low beams, I would have to also use the S1 in fogs to get better light spread on ground. But with the P9 in the low beams, I really dont need the fogs (S1) on since the P9 has a good beam spread, but I still like the look with the fogs on, and it make the road a tad brighter (first 50').
