skyline R33 gts RPM go crazy!!

i installed the glow gauges face meter for my R33 meter after i finished installing, i start the engine and the RPM go crazy, its annoying. anyone can help me with this? how to fix this problem?

You may want to try a message board where the majority of the registered users are Skyline owners.
