Okay, from my previous thread, I had smoking on start up.
Had the valve seal and gasket changed. Smoking gone.
Now, the TCS and SLIP lights come on and the car has a hard time revving until I turn it off and start again.
Ive got a code 0340 for the camshaft sensor.
Transmission is jerky with hesitation.
Could the timing be messed up?

Also, airbag light is blinking code 16.
I've tried the reset procedure several times but it hasnt worked for me.

HELP

because you stated that a bunch of your dash lights are coming on. from my experience, when an alternator/battery is failing (in altima's) most or all of the dash lights start coming on. think about it, what are the chances that your airbag, crank sensor, TCS/slip and transmission are all going bad at the same time :dunno:.

i would make sure that there is no corrosion on the battery terminals. then hook up a multimeter on the terminals while the car is running, your alternator should be putting out 13+ volts. i would also go to a local auto parts store and have your battery load tested. good luck.
