I bought my 2015 in October last year.

I've notice a "clunking" noise on the steering wheel when moving the steering from side to side while the car is off. Usually can't be notice while driving, but making narrow turns it can be felt or heard a little bit.

I asked a service person at the dealer and he told me that all Altima's do that :surprise

Have you guys experienced that behavior?

Feel and noise are two different things here. If you have felt then its steering. If not could be the ebrake..YES I had similar issue, mine was a "clunk" noise when I get the potholes and sharp turns.
OR may be the suspension has some loose bolts or wrongly fitted can make those sounds.

Yes i had a 2008 xterra that had those ,my 2010 frontier and my 2013 altima too which i sold 2 years ago i have not checked my 13 titan. I think its the steering joint theres a moving shaft attached to it that was making the sound.
