Water temp gauge. Has black background. I believe that any year from 1996 to1999 will work, as long as it wasn't produced after 11/98. The 99's possibly changed after 12/98 production date.

Yes! Most assuredly!! You have one? I'm not sure about the 96 97 98 working, but I think they will. I could tell with some close up pics of the unit.

If you're just searching for the part online or with junk yards, to sell to me, good luck. I've searched and called all over and can only find a few, used, entire instrument clusters for big bucks. They will not just sell the temp gauge separate.
The Nissan parts dealers online, and local to me, do not carry the part earlier than 2000.
