Hey guys...

We're trying to change the tranny oil in my car - and we found the drain bolt but its a FLAT screw with one thread in it.. you would have to use a regular screw driver. Are we not looking in the right area or did someone replace the factory one with this one?

look between the trans and engine at the bottom. right next to the crossmember is a 12mm. bolt. thats the drain plug. the fill plug is at the front of the trans with a 1/2" square hole, just use a 1/2" ratchet or a breaker bar.

the 1 with the flat head youre looking at is prolly for the rev. lock out assy. inside the trans. you wont be able to take it out anyways because theres a pin in it on the inside
