I purchased a Hayden Transaver Transcooler, it's finally arrived and now I need to install it, but I have no idea how difficult of a task this is. Before I begin, I want to first know other's experiences w/ transmission coolers, especially with the particular one I ordered. How difficult was the installation? Do I need to tap the transmission for the oil lines? What must I know before I begin?

Also purchased a temperature gauge, but I'll have the installed by a professional since it'll need some fiberglassing. :)

well the temp guage you need to tap into the oil pan. the cooler on the other hand is easier. all you have to do is tap into the stock lines that lead into the radiator. takes about a good hour from start to finish. simple as hell.

^I just bought that one myself on Ebay. I'll be installing it after it arrives.
