Transmission upgrade

I have a 2011 nissan altima 3.5 sr
I am looking for bang for my buck
I want too upgrade the motor and Trans but I'm not sure what I should do at this point, any suggestions on where I should start?

If CVT trans leave it alone, it will break fast enough as it is.
