Do u guyz use some sort of cross reference when buying performance parts for ur altys?

I have an 01 that I want to upgrade, but I never see specific applications for altimas...it's always the sport compacts (civi's, eclipse, etc.)...

If you can recommend specific parts that you like, I'd appreciate it:

I want to start off with a cat-back system and a new intake if that helps.

Place racing makes the only cold air intake, and it's awesome
Get a CATCO high flow cat from www.summitracing.com
any high flow muffler your little heart desires
have any muffler shop weld them on with 2.25" piping
Unorthodox makes an underdrive pulley

Thanks. I think I found the high flow cat you mentioned: CTO-4377...I guess I just need to start disregarding the application listings though b/c summit says this fits '78-'91 nissans.

Also, I don't want to sound like a chainsaw going down the road...anyone got any suggestions for a nice high flow muff that doesn't sound rediculous?

if you don't want that sound, then forget about the cat and larger piping. Just the muffler won't give you that sound, but it will be an awesome growl at low rpms. After about 3500 rpms, it'll almost go away, and will barely hear it all. Once you add a high flow cat, and larger piping, it gets louder. The cat makes a really big difference.

If you're into performance, i'd just get over the noise, i did.
