I usually walk a mile and jog a mile every night. What part of the day is better to do your exercising? I work from 11:30am-8pm so....I get home and I'm wired which is why I go at night. Thanks

If you are trying to lose weight, they say its best to run in the morning right when you get up, before you eat breakfast.
That way your stomach is empty, so you are basically burning fat and not what is in your stomach.

C'mon you know the answer to that. Morning is the best becuase it gets your metabolism going. Granted, excercise anytime of the day is beneficial you will get better results in the AM...
