Window wiring issue: fried wires disconnected

Hey folks. I’ve got a 2014 Altima and recently my window stopped working. I’d remove the main switch and then I found this. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can fix these wires myself?

Look around for a wiring pigtail for it or you will be making one of sorts yourself.

I'd be looking to cure whatever caused the damage first.
