I need the plastic peice which sourounds the ac, radio, etc..., but not the one which covers the shifter.

nope, my stero got jacked a few months ago and my wood peice got destroyed, if you want the black peice you can get it from the dealship. it should be 50$ because mine new is 50 from the dealership.
