2010 Reverse Light Wire Color at Kick Panel Location

Hello,

Can someone verify what color the wire is for the reverse light? I am going to tie into it for a back up camera --- I am doing this at the front of the Altima 2.5S at the driver's side kick panel location.

I would appreciate it very much if I could get the wire color -- I will still probe it to check, I just need a starting point? Thanks!

Yes, I got it connected -- and with the final install of my Jensen Head Unit my back-up camera works GREAT!

And yes the wire for the reverse light was the Violet Colored wire -- and I used a 3M Tee-Tap to tie in the wire provided with the "Ready Harness" provided by Crutchfield. The guys at Crutchfield are great professionals -- the wire that was labled Reverse Wire in the Crutchfield Ready Harness was even VIOLET! Pretty KOOL!

I have a lot of pictures of the rear camera install, and the Head Unit install -- I hope to be able to make a slide show with all the pictures.
