This past week, I purchased two 2019 Nissan Altima Platinums. One of the vehicles will not display the correct time. I have tried all settings (Auto, Timezone, and Manual). Every time I open the car door, a time (most ever time the clock time is incorrect) is displayed on the dash and then once the car is started a completely different incorrect time is displayed. I've even set the clock to manual the night before. As soon as I get in the car, the time is accurate on the display however once the car is started the manual time is updated to an incorrect time. I've discussed this situation with my salesperson and he has discussed with the service department. They stated they've not seen this issue before and my next plan of action is to bring it in for service. I thought I would try the forum route before spending a whole Saturday in the service department. Thanks in advance.

Yes. I guess all it needed was a reboot. Took it into the service department and they had never seen/heard of this issue. Their only recourse was to swap out the radio. During the attempt to replace with a new one, they discovered the replacement radio was damaged and had to reinstall my original radio and reorder a new replacement. However once they reinstalled my original radio, it has accurate ever since. Thanks for the follow up.
