First rogue in my area with the engine failure for this year vehicle and it was in late July... soo here I sit nearly a month in a fishbowl rental. Week after week of ... waiting for seals.. everytime its me calling the dealership not them letting me know anything ... even though they said they would call me... today I called again.. now my Rogue... "should" be done by next Friday. Sooo about a cool month before it can be done.. soo beware yall..
Soo for transparency ..
Ive dealt with the

pillars leaking..recalled..

Transmission mount failure.. collapsed.. warranty.

And now the unrepairable recall for the engine.
Turbo--- I think its a design flaw..

So replace the damaged parts is the fix.

Turbo and lower block.
Pretty frustrating but yea thats my current situation. But at least I have rental wheels.

Hey yall sooo engine seized up in late july... just got the rogue back on the 12th of Sept.
Just a heads up if you are getting an engine replaced because of the recall... there are 3 seals that take 38 days to show up ..they are molded seals .. just the 3.... but it held my rogue at the dealership the entire time... talk about wth was nissan doing in the lab designing this setup?? Soo my gas mileage just shot up ... and they gave my vehicle a alignment... only down side was they cracked my windshield on the driver's side while it was at the dealership... they will cover the replacement tho. Sooo in a nut shell... be ready to be in a rental for at least a month lol.
This is the last nissan I ever buy... time to black out the grill now... and add some high intensity fog lights lol... any pointers for 3000k fog lights for the rogue would be helpful yall.

Got the rogue back on 9/12/2025... drove it to work and back home yesterday for the first time post engine replacement... to be blessed with this new issue.. transmission or clutch not engaging.. will not go over 60mph and any push on the accelerator and the rpms shoot to 7 -8k like a blown clutch on a manual transmission.
I already dropped off at the stupid dealership... soo here we go again... NISSAN LEMONS
