My neighbor, who claimed to know what he was doing, offered to help me install a CAI, when suddenly during installation he made contact with the ratched to the positive battery terminal. It made a brief spark. Now the speedometer does not work, it is stuck on the same mileage, the ac blows but only hot, the gas gauge behaves erraticaly when under half tank, check engine light is on... mind you before this everything worked, only issue was the abs sensors. I checked all of the fuses and they seem fine. My thought is the computer, any help? It drives fine, my main concern is the a/c, i cant be showing up to work sweaty.

I always tell people when working around electrical components, first remove the negative (-) battery cable connector from the battery. A hard lesson to learn. If you want to DIY, get an FSM for trouble-shooting or take the car to to a Nissan dealer. Good luck on your diagnosis!

Like has been mentioned before it's probably a blown fuse or fusible link. It's probably a main fuse in the fuse box. Sometimes the big ones like 50 amp and 100 amp do not just come out. You may have to take the fuse box apart and unbolt them from the inside if they don't just pull out.
I've seen it more than once. Usually it blows one or two small fuses and a big fuse.
I dropped an ECM from a Cadillac Catera on the positive cable once. Very poor design. Ended up just adding a ground cable to the body of the ECM and it worked fine. So if you have to condemn a computer try just adding a ground strap to the metal case first.
Good luck!
