I just bought a Nissan Altima a week ago and was getting text messages on my dash and on my radio. I changed a setting to not auto reply with I’m driving and now I’m not getting text messages anymore. I can’t find any kind of setting for them. Just wondering if anyone can help me find the setting again. It’s non navigation and I’m using iPhone X. Thanks

Ok, I did figure out the problem...I deleted my phone and re added my phone and made sure in my phones Bluetooth settings that I had show notifications turned on. It worked so now I'm all good! I was going to delete my entire message and it wouldn't let me says I don't have permission to do that.
Where do you change the setting to turn off the auto-texting reply "I'm driving"?
I have a 2016 Altima 2.5 S and it's annoying the piss out of me. I changed a setting I thought would disable it, but it keeps doing it. I always listen to bluetooth music from my phone in the car, otherwise I would just not allow my phone to connect to my vehicle.
Basically, I just want to turn off the auto-reply texting function of the car completely! I wish it wasn't so hard to figure out. I work in IT and you'd think it would be an easy thing to change the setting. 🙄
